In June and July, we will be offering additional Saturday craft programs for adults and teens in San Andreas and Murphys. These three Book Bedazzling events are part of our celebration of the adult and teen summer reading program.

All Calaveras County libraries will be closed on Monday, June 29 for staff training. Lunches will still be available for pick‑up that day at the libraries in San Andreas, Valley Springs, and Angels Camp.
All Calaveras County Libraries will be closed again on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4 in observance of the holiday.
All seven library sites and the Blue Mountain Coalition in West Point are offering Grab & Go lunches this summer. The Lunch at the Library program is FREE for youth ages 18 and under on a first-come-first-served basis. Sign up at your local participating branch!

The Summer Reading Party is happening on Saturday, July 25th from 2:00-4:00 at the San Andreas Central Library. We hope to see you there!

With sincere sadness, we share that the West Point Branch Library is now officially closed due to the loss of our facility. You can still return books and other library materials at this location until June 29th in the book drop.

Good news! We’ve added West Point this year to our Summer Reading and Lunch at the Library programs, thanks to our partnership with Blue Mountain Coalition.
If you would like to participate in West Point, head over to the Blue Mountain Coalition. They will be open for the Summer Reading Program during the same hours as Lunch at the Library—Monday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. In addition, they will be offering crafts with Miss Drew on Mondays during that time.

The bookmobile will be in West Point for the Kids Day at the Farmers Market on June 30th from 4:00 to 7:00.
Find books, DVDs, music CDs, audiobooks, kits, and the Overdrive digital catalog. Log in to your account to place holds and renew items. Link to Hoopla and Kanopy to stream movies, TV, Great Courses, and audiobooks for free. Access TeachingBooks, Britannica School, and more!
